Brief description:

Wooden model of a brewing and baking workshop; two women grinding flour, one woman sifting flour, a man mixing dough, a woman by an oven, a man mashing beer, two men with yokes carrying vessels (supplied by E.172a-b.1903), two large vessels. Wood coated in plaster and painted red-brown, black, white, and pale yellow (women’s flesh). The women and one man still have cloth garments.
